Start by slipping the nose pocket over the pointed end of the board, so the cover is anchored before you stretch it towards the flat end. Work the elastic evenly down both sides rather than pulling one side at a time.

Check the surface once it is on. Creases in the cover can mark a garment, so smooth out any ripples and re-tighten the drawcord after your first ironing session, as the layers settle.

How do I wash the cover?

Machine wash the cover at 30°C on a gentle cycle and let it air dry. Do not tumble dry, as heat can shrink the padding and distort the elasticated edge. Refit it on the board once it is completely dry.
