How are ROBINAZ orders fulfilled?
ROBINAZ orders are sold and fulfilled by Amazon UK. Amazon takes payment, packs and dispatches the cover, and handles delivery to your address, so all order details live in your Amazon account.
Your Amazon order page (Your Orders in your Amazon account) is the place to check your delivery date, track the parcel and see the return options for your order.
How do I return my cover?
Returns are handled through Amazon UK. Open your Amazon order page, choose the return option for the ROBINAZ cover and follow Amazon's steps. Returns are accepted within 30 days through Amazon UK.
Check the return options shown on your order page for the exact steps that apply to your order, as Amazon manages the process.
What if the cover does not fit my board?
Measure your board before ordering: length from the pointed nose to the flat end, and width at the widest point. The cover is listed for UK boards of 125 × 45 cm and 122 × 38 cm. If it does not fit, use the return options on your Amazon order page.
Our size guide explains how to measure, and how to measure your ironing board for a cover walks through each step.
Can you help with a question about the cover?
