Ironing Board Cover in Liverpool
Liverpool's terraced housing in Anfield, Toxteth and Wavertree, along with apartments around the Albert Dock and waterfront, means a lot of ironing happens in small rooms. Larger family homes across Wirral, Crosby and St Helens have more space but the same need for a board that works properly every time.
Why Liverpool customers choose ROBINAZ
Water in the Liverpool area is generally soft, so a steam iron is easy to look after. A well-padded cover then does the rest: four layers of cotton, felt and foam give shirts and school uniforms a smoother finish, and the non-slip backing, elastic edge and adjustable straps keep it stable on boards that are well used.

Good to know in Liverpool
- Merseyside water is generally soft, but confirm with your supplier if you want certainty.
- Use the adjustable underboard straps to keep the cover tight on an older, slightly warped board.
- Choose the 125 x 45 cm or 122 x 38 cm size depending on what you measure on your board.
The 4-layer padded design
Cotton top layer
Smooth cotton surface glides cleanly under a hot iron.
Felt padding
Roughly 6–7 mm of felt cushions the board frame so it doesn't imprint on darker fabrics.
Foam layer
Adds bounce and helps steam disperse evenly through the fabric.
Non-slip backing
Holds the cover in place on the board frame during longer ironing sessions.
Size guide before ordering
The ROBINAZ cover fits UK standard boards — typically 122×38 cm and 125×45 cm. Measure the top surface of your board (length × width at widest) before ordering. If your board is between sizes, our size guide shows how the elastic edge accommodates a small margin of variation.
